lana del rey signs with next models

I love Lana Del Rey.

Blue Jeans, Video Games and Off to the Races* are on repeat on my iPhone.  I cannot wait for her album Born to Die to be released (27th of Jan).

Lana has a real nostalgic vibe to her music and has an air of that classic Marilyn Monroe-esque beauty to her. I have heard some negative comments about her look  - her full pout and fake nails aren’t to everyone’s taste it would seem. Lana told Wonderland magazine that negative comments about her looks upset her and that she didn’t think she would be under as much scrutiny if she was a man.

I think she is absolutely gorgeous… and Next Models seem to agree as they have signed her!

This move sees her following in the steps of Alexa Chung and Jessie J who are already signed with the agency.

I would chew off my arm to look like her… although, a half bitten limb may not be the look to aim for!

Looking at these beautiful pictures it is very clear what Next Models must see in her.
