I spend spent my working days in Today FM as a radio researcher/broadcast assistant for four years until May 2011 when I moved over to LONDON – where I am now!
I studied TV Presenting & Production at the Bil Keating Centre in Dublin after my BA in Journalism at university (DCU) and have also done courses in Digital Marketing at the Digital Marketing Institute and make-up artistry at the LA Make-up Academy… trying to bulk up the ol’ CV!
I originally started this blog in 2008 (for three months!) as part of an online journalism module in college (all my early posts are journalism class assignments!) but I revived it in August 2009 after finishing my degree.
I missed writing!
LOVE: fashion, social media, watches, art, make-up, music, design, animals, photography, vegetarian food, writing, media and TV/radio.
HATE: animal cruelty and goldfish that stare at me.
In my spare time I like to take part in extreme knitting competitions… it soothes the sooouuuul.

Stumbled across your blog in passing. Nice to see something bright, positive and humour-filled for a change rather than the usual whinge-fest.
Great to see someone standing up against animal cruelty. Not fashionable these days.
Everyone uses the ‘Hitler was a vegetarian’ yarn but in reality he was told to go on a veggie diet for health reasons and still scoffed the sausages.
100 dumb animals to make a piece of fur and only one dumb animal to wear it.

Goldfish can be really scary. I would not like it if they stared at my either.
That being said – I had some beta fish that were really nice and soothing to watch until I drowned them.
At least, that’s what my fiance says happened to them, but in reality we’re not sure why they died.

Haha!! Not at all – most days after work all I’m interested in is pictures… reading is too much effort after staring at a computer all day. I guess that’s why most of my posts are picture heavy
